Peace.

What a great day -

Claire is taking her second nap of the day (can you believe this??), Caeden is sleeping, Wayne is sleeping ... and it is snowing outside. I should be up in the loft organizing (it is January, tis the season, right?) but I have been sucked into Facebook land and have forgotten why I got on my computer in the first place.

We went over to Mom's to see Shauna (Ken's daughter) & her new baby son, Kale. I cannot believe I didn't bring my camera to take pictures of that sweet little boy. He is all smiles and has the most beautiful eyes. Shauna looks fantastic and I think Mommyhood agrees with her. Ken's other daughter, Amy, was supposed to come, too, but was sick. We missed you Amy!

So, we visited and I ate lasagna, garlic bread, and salad until I couldn't move. Then, I ate pumpkin bars.
I love Mom's cooking. I promised myself I wouldn't eat again today but I think the only way that is going to happen is if I can find some duct tape in Wayne's tool chest to tape my mouth shut.

Okay, off to clean the loft. Sorry for no picture today!
