On Anatomy

Caeden is starting to notice that there is a difference between boys and girls. He asks a lot of questions about people he knows, trying to place them in the proper boy/girl categories. Lately he has gotten a bit more pointed in his questions.

"Mommy? Is Grandma a girl?"
"Yes, Grandma is a girl."
"Does she have a penis?"
"No, that means she does not have a penis."
"Ohhhh... That's really too bad."
