Day 1 of Cycle 6

Wayne is at Skyridge Hospital this morning. Chemo day 1.

He felt so good this weekend and it was hard to take him there this morning, knowing he's done feeling good for at least 2 weeks. It just sucks.

Dave will be here tonight. I am so thankful he is coming. Even if Wayne doesn't have toxicity and is feeling better than last time, it is wonderful for him to have company during his treatment. He's there all day, and they don't allow children, so ... that means he's alone unless his parents come.

I'll keep you posted on his progress. We just hope his experience is not like last time (which I didn't really talk about, I know, but it was really bad). Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
